This seminar will show you how to be aware of your surroundings as well as teach you self-defense moves in case of an attack. the class is focused on the key aspects of self defense. Contrary to popular belief, self-defense is all about situational awareness and having a set of simple things that are effective, devastating, and easy to remember to use under pressure. The seminar combines demonstrations of simple principles and exercises for common situations that may be encountered on the streets
Tom Muzila coaches and trains world class athletes (and others) for peak physical and mental performance. He is a veteran of the US Army Special Forces, has been a professional bodyguard for celebrities, diplomats, and dignitaries, and has been stunt and fight coordinator for many feature films. Tom has extensively studied many martial arts, has boxed, and is the author of the book Mental Karate: a Warrior’s Guide. Tom is a 5th degree black belt in Shotokan Karate.
